api: publishing another presentation with the same name as a previous

If I've got two presentations called "Hello" they are both published to "...io/me/hello"

We should discuss it, but regarding the setup most probably if possible the easiest would be to deploy the second one automatically increment

like "Hello" -> "...io/hello" if I publish another desk with the same name "Hello" -> "...io/hello1" or something
