docs(i18n): write down tone of voice for (future) translations

Feature Description

Inside of the Translation part of the docs is nowhere mentioned what the tone of voice for translations should be. Should it be formal or informal? A bit light-footed with some small jokes or 'heavy material'?

Some examples to get started:

• Wheaton College

Use Case

When providing Dutch translation, see #1358 , I had a hard time to figure out the tone of voice for some translations.
