Agree on StatusList spec version to pin to profile

Following up on the conversation in MS Teams chat, Daniel Godbout referenced that microsoft is currently only checking for the RevocationList2021Status type. This appears to be an older version of the StatusList2021 spec.

Can we pin the StatusList2021 spec to the profile?
