Error when installing

Getting this error when installing Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: 404 Client Error: Not Found for url: https://pypi.org/simple/jenkins-mail-py/

Command used to install is $ pip install -U git+https://github.com/debugtalk/WebCrawler.git#egg=requests-crawler --process-dependency-links
