Toggle via scroll wheel on top bar

Thanks for the great extension! I'm switching from Drop Down Terminal X since it seems it will be no longer maintained in favour of this extension, and in general this seems like a great and featureful substitute.

However, is it possible to configure ddterm to appear when scrolling down with the mousewheel on the top bar, and hide when scrolling up on the top bar, as was possbile with DDTX? I found the setting to show a tray icon that serves to toggle the terminal, which gets fairly close the behaviour I want, but not quite.

If this is not already possible (though I don't discount that I may have foolishly overlooked the setting!), perhaps the feature can be added? My hand is usually on the mouse more than the keyboard, and I generally use the drop-down terminal for showing diagnostics, so freely triggering it with a generous mouse input is incredibly useful.

It's not implemented yet. But it should be trivial to implement. I'll be happy to accept a pull request.

Sorry, I'm not working on new features if it's not something I need myself.
