Add more quick actions to the editor

The editor has a relatively new prompt that can be opened with ctrl+p ideally it would list all actions that can be done by clicking buttons.

Good next candidates to add would be:

Top menu

• [ ] Undo and redo

Tools section

• [ ] Remove unused envelopes
• [ ] Place border
• [ ] Goto position
• [ ] Add tileart

File section

I think the two that are missing and would be the most useful are

• [ ] Append
• [ ] Test map locally

Collapse and expand groups

• [ ] Collapse all
• [ ] Expand all

Advice for new contributors

• Only one quick action per pull request will make reviewing easier and faster.
• Make sure to test the change in game and ideally also share a quick image or clip on github to showcase how it looks like like in this example pr.
• Think about the ordering. The prompt is all about speed and the entries in quick_actions.h should be ordered by relevance to ensure the most used actions are always the fastest to reach.
