can someone guide me on how to actually flash the .bin file

I've been losing my mind over it I dont know how to do it, I got the bin file patched with my public key but I cannot get it flashed for some reason. please help me

You're gonna need to provide more context, what have you tried, what exactly do you mean by "cannot get it flashed"? Is there an error message?
