expand tree

I make great use of the library, thanks a lot! Below is more of an idea than issue. I found that it should be nice to have some hook/callback to expand/close the entire tree. Logging tree.closeDepth yields undefined, so it can't be manipulated once the tree is instantiated. Thank you!
