Add no-configuration mode

Should be able to infer assemblies from the csproj (or just recursively search for assemblies that ref StorEvil.Core)

Should be able to infer stories by searching for all text files that contain "Scenario:" or "Scenario Outline:".

Optinally: should use embedded spark template if none provided.

This should allow running storevil with no config file, should make it easier to use.
