"Basic usage of the plugin" doesn't cover basic usage

I don't quite understand the content of "Basic usage of the plugin", but it seems like advanced usage.

This is the section that I would say covers basic usage: https://gcc-python-plugin.readthedocs.org/en/latest/cpychecker.html#gcc-with-cpychecker

I believe this belongs on the first page of documentation, while the current 'basic usage' section can be renamed and moved much lower.
