Roate around X or Y axis

In order to simulate a point cloud in three dimensions, I'll be creating Graphics points with varying scale values to represent depth. Does pixi-viewport support camera rotation around the X and Y axis?

Regrettably, it does not. It's on my list but I've never had a need for it.
