Can't boot after Update/Upgrade my RasPi

Hi,

I have a problem with my RasPi. I set it up with PiBakery and everything worked well. Then, I decided to update and upgrade it like the Foundation explained here: https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/raspbian/updating.md

All worked, the pi begins to restart and then...nothing. It can't boot. What can I do? Is it not possible/allowed to update/upgrade when setting up a RasPi with your app?
