[slight] Scale up of hyperparameter optimization for Ames:

For #201 we did job # https://github.com/david-thrower/cerebros-core-algorithm-alpha/actions/runs/17167525228/job/48711011448 (on a separate branch). We found an optima for the first Ames script out of the first few runs, but lost network contact with the container due to some bug with Github Actions.

We may need double the CPU and RAM of what is provided by Github actions.
