How can difusion model distinguishs a face is a car window or a car door?

Will it generate a wrong image which is a wheel image or something else in the place of obj car door ? But that place actually should be supposed to a car door image. And how can diffusion model distinguish？ i will appreciate it if you can do me a favor ！！！
