Rstudio Connect compatibility issue

Hi, I've been trying to run a shiny app wrapped with shinymanager on Rstudio-Connect. But it always ends up again on the login page after submitting my credentials. I also tried it with the basic demo that has been provided by you guys here, but still no luck. I am attaching my screen recording to help you see the problem. Can you guys help me understand why this is happening? The login did seem to work after I increased the "Max connections per process" to 15 or more. I need the said parameter to be a lower value to run the app concurrently for different sessions.
