Multi-chip support is only available in the extended Doom driver. I couldn't seem to port the features that I added to the driver to the extended version.

The Apogee synth takes TMB files, and the Doom one takes OP2 files. The Windows 9x implementation only allows the use of build-in patches.
The instrument bank that is used in the Windows 9x synth is the 2op FatMan bank. I believe it is included with the OPL3Bank editor project.
