Revise the time estimates for the "Wrangling Genomics" lesson.

The Wrangling Genomics lesson goes a lot longer than the predicted 3.5 hours. I made it through 3/4 of the material in the 3.5 hours I had, and I skipped a few sections of the episodes. I would estimate the the entire lesson takes anywhere from 4.5-5hrs in reality.

I'd like to bump this issue up again. I've given advice to a number of people running this the first time and think the estimate for this lesson is causing issues. They often already have their timeline scheduled based on this estimate when I talk to them. Typically when we've taught it at my institution it takes nearly twice as long. We give it 6-7 hrs (with breaks) and still don't always completely finish it with the beginner audiences at this workshop.
