Remaining stringAsFactor removed.
This PR addresses #78 and #119 by finishing the job started by @mikemahoney218 at #145. Closes #78 Closes #102 Closes #103 Closes #105 Closes #106 Closes #107
In this PR, we removed the remaining stringAsFactor in episode 4; now the whole lesson is free of these references. Correspondingly, we also adjusted the "Factors" section in epidose 4 for consistency, clarity and readability.

What does this mean?
If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.
This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.
