Load prompt button doesnt work when prompts are missing

Prompt loading button tries to load prompts as values are entered. This means if there is a single prompt with with ID 291, when you enter "2" it will try and load the prompt, error, and freeze. need to add an enter button to load only when the IDis fully entereed
