DAB Roadmap for SQL artifacts
Curious if you can talk about some of the roadmap w/ DABs? I'm specifically interested if it's in the plans to get SQL artifacts like queries, alerts, and dashboards into the schema? A use case would be to automate the generation of observability dashboards against DLT pipelines created within the same bundle.
The terraform resources like databricks_query and others are all there.
Not sure if this is too tangential to be in this issue, but I'd love to know if there's a plan for supporting grants on data objects. We can apply permissions to the jobs and pipelines deployed by DABs, but we can't set permissions on the assets those jobs and pipelines create. Being able to use the terraform resource databricks_grants from within bundles on the directly created assets as well as sql artifacts that depend on them as described above would be super useful.
Oh yeah, love that idea @ianepreston. Basically, some of us want all the terraform resources wrapped up in DABs, which may or may not be in line w/ the product direction.
