Product Dashboard Pipeline View

As a Developer, Manager, Tester, etc I would like to have a pipeline view that can show me data from multiple components. This would allow easy viewing for the state of micro-services where there are many components / dashboards that make up a logical unit.

@MarkRx - which components precisely. I could think of versions of artifacts deployed in each stage along with commits.

By components I mean the Hygieia usage of the word. Basically the pipeline view in the product dashboard would be a collation of all of the pipeline views that each individual team dashboard would show.
