Can you post a picture of the controller. I look up online and button look to be label with Switch name. But you use Xbox name.

You likely need to use HW1 firmware. Sound like you don't have the port detecting wiring that HW2 firmware require.

Updating your Xbox controller to latest firmware will fix this: Update firmware via the [Xbox accessories Win10 app](https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/xbox-accessories/9NBLGGH30XJ3).
