Support filename pattern for piwigo export

fixes #16856

  • Allow to specify a variable pattern for the piwigo export filename.
  • Store nonsensitive data in the export preset
  • Small gui enhancements (space between label and entry)

Maybe more an enhancement that a fix and probably safer for 5.0 at this stage. Do you agree?

Release notes:

The piwigo export storage now supports to specify a file name pattern for the exported file.
