[Installation Status Updater] Option to ignore emulator actions without listed ROMs

Feature Description

As described in the forum thread, I have a game made up of two emulator profiles with the arguments pointing directly to the ROMs that continually gets marked as not-installed.

An option to better deal with this would be appreciated. Thank you.

I use the emulator feature for the Stadia games and I wish to have them always "Installed".

For now you can use to make the extension ignore those games

This is also an issue with Playnite's ScummVM emulator support. The ROM names Playnite stores are actually the internal labels used by ScummVM. These do not correspond to the file system, so the extension marks these games as uninstalled.
