Backend Agnostic Connectivity Types

This is already partly implemented, but need to migrate the old simulation connectivity models into this new approach, and implement the tool model translation accordingly.

Agnostic backend connectivity models compatible with both gdsfactory8 and gdsfactory7, and extendable to any circuit design netlister.
