Technically not an issue, but rather a feature request and I don't know if it's appropriate here, but are there any plans to port this extension to Visual Studio Code?

This extension would help a lot to my everyday job but I don't think I'm ready to switch back to Atom just for better Lua experience.

That's a great idea. I don't expect it to be very hard to do. I'll take a look at this (and other maintenance things) after Gamescom.
