Minor: update the "hidden" wikipedia page about Dao

The wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Phoolimin/Dao_(programming_language) should be rather hidden or updated despite it's not published in the main encyclopedia yet (it's though on the first google page when searching dao programming language).
