Using [ApexCharts Card](https://github.com/RomRider/apexcharts-card#series-show-options), I have managed to get day and night so far: 

Not sure you can add icons or symbols to the apexcharts.

I would also like an oven icon. I quite like the oven icon @GreenTurtwig in https://github.com/Templarian/MaterialDesign/issues/5592#issuecomment-717315694 because it matches the stove and similar to the existing toaster-oven icon.

using localtuya doesn't give more control.

localtuya didn't give any more advantage to additional modes so reverting back to cloud.

You're right. Home Assistant uses Ollama (server) and doesn't use Open Web UI.

I'm glad it's working. I'm not sure what is recommended from home assistant. Each model is different and have different hardware requirements, trained data, etc. Have a look on here...
