🎨: layout search bar plugins: updated / 🌎: translation update

Summary

Even though plugins will be deprecated soon, I decided to give the plugin search bar a layout update, making it look more like the rest of the new layout. Also added Show Agents Settings/ Completion to the translation files for better understanding.
