I've been having a similar problem and I was able to fix it by commenting out `multiple_files = true` in lua/null-ls/builtins/diagnostics/mypy.lua. Not sure why that works, though.

It was using the latest Chrome, on https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/police-crime-sentencing-and-courts-bill-2021-factsheets/police-crime-sentencing-and-courts-bill-2021-protest-powers-factsheet but unfortunately I can no longer reproduce it.
