Did Not Auto Open Steam

When in the steps, did you want me to close steam completely in task manager with no running steam clients? Or just close the main tab, when I launched the Exe file it did not auto open steam so I don't know what to do

Are you using administrator account or normal user? Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Valve\Steam in regedit and make screenshot.

The Steam Client is not auto-opening on me as well.

if someone has "steam not opening" make sure u disable antivirus cuz may block running it and make it as administrator. thats all
