Hi! I cannot find a way to connect to a NATS server that requires authentication (user, password). Is it possible?

[@bitloops/bl-boilerplate-core] Aggregates and Entities should support custom ids (not only uuidv4)

The Aggregate and Entity parent classes needs to be replaced to support custom ids. Right now it requires a uuidv4.

When running the CLI, if the setup.bl file is not found, the output on the console is very user unfriendly. The code should be caught properly and user friendly feedback...
