Edit Album - Add form element to define video medium type

Do you want to request a feature or report a bug? Feature What is the current behaviour? When editing an album there is no ability to decorate photo as video too. Currently XML modification is needed. What is the expected behaviour? Toggle a checkbox and the photo will also load a video when viewing. Please mention your Node.js, yarn, operating system, and history versions. Latest
