Basically you would need to either have a proxy that exposes the necessary parts of the API (the query parts, not the commands endpoint) from the PuppetDB host without authentication....

It seems the metadata build process removes the old packages. It can be downloaded from here for now: https://github.com/spotify/puppetexplorer/releases/tag/1.5.0 But I'll try to fix the repo as well.

I'll try to implement this for a coming version. Would be pretty neat if icons could be used for OS though, but for the actual version it is probably better...

In the 1.x version of the puppet module I changed the default config to point to the new v4 API. So this should work if you either downgrade the puppet...

That was a mistake, I'll fix the readme tomorrow when I'm back home again. I'll also try to fix the version check so it also queries the old version api...

I'll take a look why they aren't available there. They are however downloadable from the github releases tab on each release.
