@aaronnickovich are you using the `ScaffolderPage` or `NextScaffolderPage`? The `ScaffolderPage` is still on an old version of `react-json-schema-form` that probably does not support the conditionals.

I think React server components might be a good fit here which would of course require us to get off the prehistoric React 17 :).
