I don't think is possible at the moment, what would you like to be able to change it to?

Currently subset of settings from guicursor supported. But not all, only cursor type(block, ver, hor).

I was thinking in the blinking and color, but its not a deal breaker.

+1 for a way to change the blinking, especially stop it after a while.

Is it now possible to change cursor color? At the moment, the color is dark green. I simply can't see it sometimes.
