Add maven configuration and encoding capability

Hello, I badly missed a feature in this wonderful software, being the ability to convert samples on the fly when exporting samples that are not compatible with the MPC. I also put the whole thing into maven, to ease the build process, and gave it a cleanup regarding various warnings here and there.
