Create 1 snapshots file per spec file

Description

It would be great if we can create 1 snapshot per spec file. Within 1 folder we have multiple files creating quite big snapshots. Due to this the snapshots file is not manageable anymore and unfortunately doesn't work for us.

Related. Probably a blocker. The workaround hack therein might be useful for inspiring a short-term solution but it is way too much hack, IMO:
