Cypress browser node 18.3.0

Hello Team!

We recently wanted to move our stack to node v18.

However, we needed to move back to nodev17 since there isn't any docker image for Cypress browser compatible with node v18.3.0.

We understand that the v18 of node is recent and there isn't any urge of having this. However, if you have any spare time or ETA for this to be uploaded on docker hub it would be awesome!
