How can I set startup arguments before debug?

I tried add 'args' section in launch.json, but didn't work. How can I set startup arguments?

Hey @Honsal , it's been nearly two years but I haven't given up on you! Could you provide a few more details? For example, what arguments are you trying to provide? How do you provide these in other editors?
