Save the lock object property in the database

When I am annotating an lock a shape, that shape is not locked if I reload the job in a new session. Is that by design? It would be helpful to have that state saved across sessions

@alex9311 It's design. This property stores only in session. Actually we have already came across for the same request. I think it is reasonable.

@bsekachev we also need this feature that object stays lock after reloading. Can you kindly provide any update on this?
