[keyboard] Support "next" / "previous"

Once we have https://github.com/cursorless-dev/cursorless/issues/997, we should add a keyboard shortcut that applies "next of type". Eg if this were mapped to n for next and p for previous, then the user could type F to select function, then hit n / p to move through next / previous
