`"chuck trailing every block"` doesn't work

When saying "chuck trailing every block", I get the error No available trailing range. This is because the final block doesn't have any trailing range. I'm not sure quite what the right solution is here, but the action is quite useful as a way of deleting all empty lines in a document.

We could potentially support this one using https://github.com/cursorless-dev/cursorless/issues/757? Tho I wonder if that one would remove newlines as well and leave the bocks slammed together
