remove lua-language-server PR patch overlay from flake when fixed

While adding lua-language-server lint tests in https://github.com/cursorless-dev/cursorless/pull/2611 it was noted that a bug was preventing --check usage (https://github.com/LuaLS/lua-language-server/pull/2775), so had to add an overlay to our flake.nix. This should be removed when that bug gets fixed.
