Scope facet recorder improvements

Follow up on https://github.com/cursorless-dev/cursorless/pull/2383

  • [ ] Close active text document when saving scope facets
    • Only do this if it's an untitled editor
    • Currently lack support in ide interface for this. Needs to be added.
  • [ ] Run update fixtures on the new files to get the output immediately
