Quick Definition doesn't show for CLJC files

I've found that CLJC quick definitions are sometimes not showing the source anymore. I'm pretty sure this used to work in our codebase. I tested in a simpler codebase and it did work. We're using deps.edn with multiple modules, but this also doesn't work when using quick definition from within the same module, and even within the same file.
