(feature) Add sayid integration with cursive

Sayid (https://github.com/bpiel/sayid) was presented at clojure/conj this year. It offered some nice tracing and profiling for clojure functions and namespaces. However, most of the built-in integration requires using emacs. It would be sweet if cursive had some integration with sayid to allow users to leverage this profiling or tracing from inside cursive.
