Scrollbars in Inform 7 template

Parchment 2025.1 displays both a vertical and a horizontal scrollbar on the body (with a minimal game and no scrollback history, although that should be irrelevant since the scrollbars are on the body itself).

I'm using Chrome 135.0.7049.116 on Windows 11. My resolution is 2560x1440, and the scrollbars appear even in this resolution, but here I've shrunk the browser to take a more manageable screenshot:

This seems to have been introduced in #165 when this was added to parchment.css:

  height: 100%;
  width: 100%;
}

When I disable the height: 100% rule, both scrollbars disappear.

Hmm, this must be because of some conflict with the Inform 7 template styles. That 100% height is important so I'll have to see what I can do about it.
