Upgrade containers

I was wondering if it was possible to upgrade the container applications? E.g. for Nextcloud there exists a version 20 since few weeks as stable. But I cannot update. Neither with the built-in updater nor with "helm upgrade". The same is applicable to jitsi, whereas here there is no built-in upgrader.

I also tried to login to the containers and "apt update; &&apt upgrade" which had no effect to the applications itself.

You will get the updates, but somewhat delayed. Don't worry about. :-)
