Another alternative would be to not have the .cls files in the repository but generated them, e.g. in a CI job, and offer those as releases... What do other tx...

@augenblickliebhaber I suppose it would be nice when you could create a merge request, so that the original author (or other users) can decide.

After another check this does not seem to be necessary. The ref stores are already free'd in `strmap_clear`.
